How can you claim Credit Card charges back?
In April 2006, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), found that charges applied by Credit Card companies were too high. As a result, most companies have now reduced their charges to £12. However, we can still launch a claim on your behalf even if you have only ever been charged £12 fees

Anyone who has ever been charged a penalty for late payment over the last 6 years and has more than £200 of charges.
What do I need to provide you with?
For Credit Card Agreements it is important that you enclose a copy of your most recent credit card statement.
This will help enormously with the time taken in the processing of your claim; although if you don't
have any statements you can simply provide the credit card number.
How far back can I claim?
We can claim for charges going back to the last 6 years from the date we apply.
How long will it take to process my claim?
From the point the provider acknowledges our complaint they must issue a response within
3 months but may be quicker, this may be a final decision or a letter to explain why they require more time.
Can I claim for more than one credit card?
For credit cards again if you forward credit card statements for all credit cards our legal team will make a full assessment and advise accordingly.
How much compensation will I receive?
We are unable to provide you with a figure until we receive necessary details from your lender. The average claim value is £400.
How much will it cost to claim back my credit card charges?
After you have submitted details of your Credit Card you will receive written confirmation
of the exact cost that will be involved.
The cost is 30% of the amount reclaimed plus VAT. However this is only payable if the claim is successful.
