Recruitment at The Claims Guys

  • Our Recruitment Process

    • Once we have received your CV and covering note, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team and assessed against any suitable vacancies we have available.

    • Should your application be deemed suitable, a member of the recruitment team will be in touch to discuss your previous experience, along with any vacancies we feel you would be suitable for. You may also be asked a series of pre-screening questions to further assess your knowledge and experience. This is also your chance to ask us any initial questions that you may have about working for The Claims Guys.

    • Following the phone call, your answers will be reviewed and if successful, you will be invited in to one of our assessment centres. This is a unique event that will allow us to assess your personal and professional qualities. It is also a great way for us to get to know you and you to get to know us!

    • In most cases, you will be informed of the outcome of your assessment at the end of the day, along with any feedback on your performance.

    • What can I do to prepare for my Assessment?

      Make sure you fully understand the role that you are interested in by revisiting the job descriptions which are available from the recruitment team. Identify what skills, interests and experiences relate to the position. It is imperative that you research The Claims Guys and the PPI industry.

    • Will I need to bring anything to an interview?

      We will already have a copy of your CV so there is no requirement for you to bring anything with you. We just ask that you allow plenty of time for your journey to ensure you arrive promptly for your interview – remember, first impressions count.

    • What can I expect in terms of training?

      We offer a comprehensive, well-planned Induction and Training programme for all new starters, so do not worry if you think you do not have the experience, we will bring you up to speed in no time. Furthermore, once you are in your new role you will receive continuous support, one-to-ones and reviews with your line manager.

      We are based in Altrincham with our offices located just five minutes from the main bus and tram station.
