Complaints data

We always want to provide our customers with the best possible service but unfortunately, sometimes things do go wrong.

We consider all customer complaints to be important and endeavour to resolve all complaints efficiently and fairly. We value the feedback our customers provide and see it as an opportunity to improve the service we offer.

We report information on the complaints we receive to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) every 12 months.
